  1. Issue items from mobile app

    Our support field techs pretty much exclusively need to do three things: Track journeys. Put in resolutions/notes. Issue/consign items deployed at the customer location. Unfortunately, number three is completely impossible. Not all of our techs have blazing fast, brand new smartphones, and the web app is very bloated and slow on mobile, which makes it very frustrating to use. We'd love to see item issuing and consignment built in to the app.

    A full functioning mobile app that doesn't require you to go to the browser version on your phone for 90% of your needs.

  3. Secure Password Sending

    Have a secure way of sending passwords to Customers. Via a button in Halo, where you'd type in a password, it'd generate a secure link and embed it into the body of the email - then when the user clicks on the link, they are prompted to enter the ticket number for it. Or are forced into an area of the portal to retrieve the portal. Something like the attached maybe as options

  4. Improve the Calendar's syncing funcationality + UI/UX

    I think this is one of those things that I spend a lot of time thinking about when I'm fumbling to set a time in a calendar invite. Click the time, set the hour. Drop down disappears. Click the time again, set the minute. Drop down disappears. Set AM/PM. Realize the time has changed on the appt's end time. Repeat the process again. The calendar's shared view is a mess. Viewing the same week for two techs requires a 40" wide screen and a lot of eye movement. Syncing back and fourth between Exchange happens either quickly (Halo>Exchange) or every 24 hours (Exchange>Halo) which effectively means that I can't use my Exchange calendar to make appointments that will show up at a reasonable time in Halo. I would love to see big refinement and simplification of this functionality.   5. [Compliance] Halo PSA support Access logging

    Hi, There's a handy way for Halo PSA's support team to log into all of our instances : this is really helpful. However, as customers, in our database, this "impersonation" is not visible in the audit logs. You'll see the actions performs, but with the name of the user whose account has been used. This is a serious compliance topic (and probably very quick to fix) ex: you've got an administrator account named "Bill", and your Halo PSA support consultant is named "Ted". When Ted impersonates Bill, all logged actions will be named after Bill. You can't know that Ted logged in, that an Halo PSA agent logged into your instance. Don't get me wrong : we still need this remote access feature. But for compliance matters, the audit log should tell us at least that an Halo PSA agent performed actions on behalf of a user.

  6. Mobile App - Time/Location Tracking

    would be nice to add clock-in/out with location tracking in mobile app for payroll purpose

  7. Ubiquiti Unifi Controller integration

    we use the Unifi Hardware stack for most of our networking as the controller for this is free and doesnt require a subscription. this controller uses standard Rest api to collect information. (www.ui.com) I have currently created a powershell based integration that collects all sites and hardware from the unifi controller and updates them via api in Halo. However, due to api throtteling this process is quite prone to error. It would be realy nice to have this as a proper integration.   8. Allow "Holiday" event types to sync to 365 Calendars

    It would be good if the "Holiday" event types synced to Exchange calendars with Microsoft 365. As it stands the "Appointment" event type synchronises to calendars, but holidays do not.

  9. Allow column selection for Assets in Customer portal

    Currently, you cannot select which columns to show in customer portal for assets, only 3 key fields are displayed by default. The generic description as Key field does not let the end user know, what is included, and it can include different fields for different asset types. Also adding fields from linked product such as SKU will be very useful.

  10. "un-consign" and "un-receive stock"

    Looking at a use case where items on a PO were received but the information was input wrong so they essentially need to be undone. I.e., cost/price, quantity, etc. It would be nice to be able to un-receive and un-consign to be able to edit the PO line item and re-receive the stock.

  11. Send notification if journey left open

    We have techs that sometimes forget to end a journey, creating very weird numbers on timesheets especially if they close a ticket. It would be nice to have a notification sent to the agent if they begin work on another ticket with an open journey. And also if a journey is left open for a configurable number of hours.

  12. Allow use of camera to add photos in mobile app

    When adding notes to a ticket via the mobile app it would be useful to be able to add photos using the device camera. Currently adding from teh library is available but to be able to take live photos as you are working and adding notes would be much more efficient.

  13. Add more rule types when importing assets from Intune

    It is possible to map assets to different Asset Types through the "Asset Types" tab in the Intune integration. Today the following rule types exist to filter new assets: Is equal to Is not equal to Contains Is equal to (comma separated value) Contains (comma separated value) Starts with Ends with Has a value Does not have a value Please add the following alternatives: Does not contain Does not contain (comma separated value) Alternatively add a checkbox that could be used to invert the check. E.g. using "Contains" and checking "Inverse" would be the same as "Does not contain". I think this could be useful in other areas too, like Ticket Rules and runbook event filters.

  14. Dashboards - Export to PDF option

    Please can you advise if it is possible to add an β€˜Export to PDF’ button on the dashboard main view? This is simply to keep the same view and all its detail as we see it in a Dashboard For example, attched is a dashboard, we would like to export the view to a PDF as we see it below?

  15. Better HTML Editor

    The HTML editor chosen for use across HaloPSA lacks and has a terrible time copying data from Word Docs. I would love to see an improved or replace HTML editor across HaloPSA, especially in Knowledge Base Articles.
