  1. Quickbooks Online separate options for enabling Bank(ACH) and Credit Card payment options

    The setting "Allow online bank transfers and credit card payments" is currently an all-or-nothing option for both entities. I would like to be able to either control the payment options strictly from Quickbooks Online settings, or have more options to control this from Halo. Right now I am forced to have both payment options either on or off.

    A full functioning mobile app that doesn't require you to go to the browser version on your phone for 90% of your needs.

  3. New searchable field on the customer to show former/previous name

    We sometimes as I presume others do, have customers that change company name/rebrand. Schools often change name during academy conversion for example. The issue is remembering the new name for staff, so I was looking for a way to make the old name searchable. I thought about a CF, but I don't think the search looks at these and there is no way to mark a CF as searchable. So either create a field called 'Former/Previous Name' under company that is included in searches or a tickbox to allow a customer CF searchable. The 2nd option could open up more options for people to utilise.

    Please add a full integration of ACMP, so we can changeand manage the licences from within Halo. With this integration we should not have to use ACMP anymore and can do all the management from Halo

  5. The ability to tag multiple sites against a ticket

    The ability to create tickets and associate more than one site. Example being if a customer requests a change for multiple individual sites.

  6. Filter on all columns on all tables

    Want to send invoices that are unsent after reviewing them? Well, get prepared to tick 250 really tiny boxes and hope none of them fail to send otherwise you'll have to do it again. You should be able to filter invoices by their creation date. Likewise, you should be able to filter the sent column and enter NULL or "" or <0 to show all unsent invoices. You should also be able to filter tickets by any of their fields, such as "Time Taken" and let me put in >2 to show all tickets with more than 2 hours on them. On the client screen, I should be able to filter the next call date by entering <=today if I want everything today or earlier, etc.

  7. Add BCC list to "Edit Email Recipients" list

    Its not editible in the button, but it is editable in the "Email Actions" Probably just an oversight, but it should be added so you don't have to start an action to edit the fields.

  9. Secure Password Sending

    Have a secure way of sending passwords to Customers. Via a button in Halo, where you'd type in a password, it'd generate a secure link and embed it into the body of the email - then when the user clicks on the link, they are prompted to enter the ticket number for it. Or are forced into an area of the portal to retrieve the portal. Something like the attached maybe as options

  10. Printable Labels

    Our previous PSA has the option to print a label for a ticket, or an inventory item. The label would print out of a Dymo type label printer. We would print a label(s) from a ticket to attach to customer equipment or orders. First example, if a client dropped off a laptop and AC adapter, we could print a label to stick on the laptop & charger for easy tracking. Second example, if we order items for a project, when the order is received, labels can be attached to all of the items associated to that project. Our previous PSA also had a basic Point-of-Sale in it, and we could print a different type of label to attach to inventory. Which we could scan with a barcode scanner when adding items to an invoice/purchase screen.

  11. Allow actions to be added to Right Click menu

    I think it would be a handy feature if we can right click on a ticket and do an action from there This will allow clean up on messy boards to be so much easier as we have an action that does something specific within Halo

  13. Better HTML Editor

    The HTML editor chosen for use across HaloPSA lacks and has a terrible time copying data from Word Docs. I would love to see an improved or replace HTML editor across HaloPSA, especially in Knowledge Base Articles.

  14. Further Portal Customizations

    I would like to change the favicon that is shown on the customer portal – right now it’s the red haloPSA favicon which doesn’t match our color scheme at all. Replacing it with our own custom icon preferred, alternatively the ability to set a HEX color code for the existing icon would be a 2nd option Also when going to our portal the loading circle is blue at first, and then changes to our green, is there any way to fix that? Right now the favicon is red, the initial loading circle is blue, and then finally things change to green, which is a pretty bad mis-match of colors Additionally, it would be great to have the option to repeat a background image vertically, right now we had to make a fairly large image in height to have it work on every possible screen/mobile device, but the caveat is that the background image takes a second or two to load in. If we could just have it repeating on the Y axis that would solve the problem, but I was told that it's not possible, even by custom CSS at this time.
