  1. Make every configuration setting searchable

    In the settings screen it is currently only possible to search settings for a /section/ (i.e. 'integrator'). Given the vast complexity of the HALO product and the fact that a great number of settings that might be considered related are not actually grouped together, the organic way in which settings are added, and the typically very lacking documentation, please make it possible to search the actual setting 'labels' and descriptions. i.e. I should be able to search for "new user" and at least be able to click through to the exact location of, if not see the current state of, all the setting options with the string "new user" in their title or in-line help text

  2. Pause Timer when Halo Tab is idle / Only run timer on active Halo Tab

    Currently my team opens up Mutiple tab's when viewing tickets, they are manually pausing the clock between tabs'.

  3. Different Administrator Levels

    It would be preferred to have different level of administrators. Some examples would be: Administrators that can only modify Email templates Administrators that can manage Specific to organisation items and customers Administrators that are allowed to manage integrations/advanced settings/Email accounts or not

  4. Sharepoint integration - create customer unique folders and subfolders

    We are currently using Dynamcis as CRM which has Sharepoint linked to it where all the documentation is saved (signed contracts, opportunities technical documentation) so when we create an opportunity within Dynamics, a Sharepoint folder under that customer is created. We are going to move to HaloPSA as CRM but we would like to be able to keep using Sharepoint in the most efficient way. Getting a Sharepoint list view per customer on they’re Sharepoint folder would be a great help. Also, automatically create a Sharepoint folder with the customer name in that library when creating a customer HaloPSA Γ‘nd linking it to the customer would be a very welcome feature. At the moment, it is just a connection via a Documents module which doesn't work for us.   5. Mobile App - Time/Location Tracking

    would be nice to add clock-in/out with location tracking in mobile app for payroll purpose

    A full functioning mobile app that doesn't require you to go to the browser version on your phone for 90% of your needs.

  7. Ubiquiti Unifi Controller integration

    we use the Unifi Hardware stack for most of our networking as the controller for this is free and doesnt require a subscription. this controller uses standard Rest api to collect information. (www.ui.com) I have currently created a powershell based integration that collects all sites and hardware from the unifi controller and updates them via api in Halo. However, due to api throtteling this process is quite prone to error. It would be realy nice to have this as a proper integration.   8. Ninja Integration Update

    Would like the ability to map asset types in Ninja to asset types in Halo. For example, in Halo all our current assets and items are filtered where asset type is called workstation or server. However, Ninja brings servers across as Windows_Server. This means we have to go and update all our reports as well as all our items where the quanity is mapped to device name is server.

    Could you please build a Microsoft Copilot Connector that allows interaction with all the data in Halo?

  11. Keeper password manager integration

    It would be awesome to have integration for Keeper password manager to sync the licenses into our customers license list. This helps with the invoicing for the customer.

  12. Pax8 integration - cancellation should cancel on recurring invoice

    At present if you change quantity of a Pax8 item using the subscription recurring billing method it will go up or down as expected. However if you cancel an item rather than go to 0 or remove itself from the recurring invoice it will stay at its previous quantity (whatever that may be). So you have to go and manually remove from the recurring otherwise face billing the customer for 10,20,50,100 licenses you have since cancelled. This is apparently not an oversight of the integration but as expected: "This design gives businesses the liberty to choose when to stop charging for the item." Smells like another unwanted manual step to me. What say you!

  13. Charge Rate Overrides and Restrictions on Billing Templates

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to configure Charge Rate Overrides and Charge Rate Restrictions on Billing Templates. There are cases where "managed" clients (with a contract) pay a different rate for Remote Support as an example. It would be much easier to set this on the Billing Template.

  14. Users that have portal access

    Visible fields on User record to determine what users have access to the self service portal, and last time they logged in. Currently only visible via a custom report.

  15. Allow Agent in an Appointment to be Changed

    When editing an appointment that exists, the agent cannot be changed. Currently, you have to delete the appointment and create a new one for the new technician. This is inconvenient and sends out cancellations and new appointments.
