Make every configuration setting searchable
In the settings screen it is currently only possible to search settings for a /section/ (i.e. 'integrator'). Given the vast complexity of the HALO product and the fact that a great number of settings that might be considered related are not actually grouped together, the organic way in which settings are added, and the typically very lacking documentation, please make it possible to search the actual setting 'labels' and descriptions. i.e. I should be able to search for "new user" and at least be able to click through to the exact location of, if not see the current state of, all the setting options with the string "new user" in their title or in-line help text

Sharepoint integration - create customer unique folders and subfolders
We are currently using Dynamcis as CRM which has Sharepoint linked to it where all the documentation is saved (signed contracts, opportunities technical documentation) so when we create an opportunity within Dynamics, a Sharepoint folder under that customer is created. We are going to move to HaloPSA as CRM but we would like to be able to keep using Sharepoint in the most efficient way. Getting a Sharepoint list view per customer on theyβre Sharepoint folder would be a great help. Also, automatically create a Sharepoint folder with the customer name in that library when creating a customer HaloPSA Γ‘nd linking it to the customer would be a very welcome feature. At the moment, it is just a connection via a Documents module which doesn't work for us. Allow Agent in an Appointment to be Changed
When editing an appointment that exists, the agent cannot be changed. Currently, you have to delete the appointment and create a new one for the new technician. This is inconvenient and sends out cancellations and new appointments.

CHF 0.05 Commercial Rounding for Switzerland
Hello HaloPSA Team, We are using HaloPSA in Switzerland and would like to submit a feature request regarding commercial rounding to CHF 0.05. In Switzerland, rounding to 0.05 is a common practice, particularly because cash payments are rounded and many Swiss accounting systems apply this rounding automatically. At the moment, HaloPSA does not offer a native way to round invoice totals to CHF 0.05 or to properly handle rounding differences during payment processing. This leads to a recurring issue in daily operations. Customers often round the payment amount themselves, which results in a payment value that differs slightly from the original invoice total. As a consequence, invoices remain partially open in HaloPSA with small outstanding amounts (for example CHF 0.03). There is currently no rounding tolerance or automatic balancing mechanism to resolve these differences, which creates unnecessary manual work and inconsistencies. We would like to request support for optional CHF 0.05 rounding on invoice totals, configurable per currency (CHF). Such a feature would eliminate small open balances on invoices, ensure clean reconciliation with Swiss accounting systems, reduce manual effort during payment allocation, and provide a clear and audit-safe invoicing process. We believe this enhancement would add significant value for all HaloPSA customers operating in Switzerland.

Ninja Integration Update
Would like the ability to map asset types in Ninja to asset types in Halo. For example, in Halo all our current assets and items are filtered where asset type is called workstation or server. However, Ninja brings servers across as Windows_Server. This means we have to go and update all our reports as well as all our items where the quanity is mapped to device name is server.

Ability to have auto saving drafts/notes for accidental tab closing
I'd love to see Halo automatically save drafts of notes/emails/etc when you're in a ticket (much like Office apps). Why? Let me take you on a short, but painful, journey. I was working a ticket for a good hour+, tons of notes in it documenting everything I was doing (disconnecting and deleting things)... and I accidentally closed the tab. I cried as I restored the tab and all my notes were gone, and I couldn't document them again as everything I documented was deleted from our system as I did it. I would love to see an auto save/draft feature that saves current notes and time entry like every X minutes. (either configurable or even something like every 5 minutes).

Ability to Send Recurring Invoices to a Different Email Address
Add an optional email field on the level of an individual contract or a single recurring invoice. If this field is populated, only this specific recurring invoice will be sent to the defined email address. If the field is left empty, the system continues to use the customerβs default billing email address.

Update ticket status on merge action
Is it possible to configure a Merge action so that the status of the ticket being merged into is automatically updated to βUpdatedβ? Or make this configurable. Currently, the ticket retains its previous status (e.g., With Supplier, With User, or On Hold), even though new information has been added through the merge. This can lead to missed communication because the status does not reflect that the ticket has been updated.

Ubiquiti Unifi Controller integration
we use the Unifi Hardware stack for most of our networking as the controller for this is free and doesnt require a subscription. this controller uses standard Rest api to collect information. (www.ui.com) I have currently created a powershell based integration that collects all sites and hardware from the unifi controller and updates them via api in Halo. However, due to api throtteling this process is quite prone to error. It would be realy nice to have this as a proper integration.
