Clicking on a Notification should take you to that section of the ticket
Current Functionality: When an agent is tagged in a ticket it shows up in their notification pane. When the agent clicks on this notification it takes them to the very top of the ticket. In many cases other actions/updates may have been added since the user has been able to check the notification, especially on collaborative project or estimate tickets. Why it matters: This creates a lot of time spent for the agent looking for the update that they were tagged in specifically. In larger estimates and projects this can be very time consuming. Especially for the cases where you may be tagged in multiple places in the same ticket, then you have to filter through which notification is associated with each tag. Proposed Solution: The proposed solution is to add an HTML anchor to notifications that have agents tagged. This way when they click the notification it will still open the ticket, but take them to the associated action that triggered the notification. Saving them time searching through the ticket. It likely can be accomplished by anchoring to the action div id.

Better HTML Editor
The HTML editor chosen for use across HaloPSA lacks and has a terrible time copying data from Word Docs. I would love to see an improved or replace HTML editor across HaloPSA, especially in Knowledge Base Articles.

Secure Password Sending
Have a secure way of sending passwords to Customers. Via a button in Halo, where you'd type in a password, it'd generate a secure link and embed it into the body of the email - then when the user clicks on the link, they are prompted to enter the ticket number for it. Or are forced into an area of the portal to retrieve the portal. Something like the attached maybe as options

Ubiquiti Unifi Controller integration
we use the Unifi Hardware stack for most of our networking as the controller for this is free and doesnt require a subscription. this controller uses standard Rest api to collect information. (www.ui.com) I have currently created a powershell based integration that collects all sites and hardware from the unifi controller and updates them via api in Halo. However, due to api throtteling this process is quite prone to error. It would be realy nice to have this as a proper integration. Recurring Invoice Template
Have the ablility to create a recurring invoice template which can have all line items added but only bill/show on the invoice where they is a quantity. Also in the template have the Quantity being able to be set by Assets / Licecnce / User / Subscription The Idea behind this if we add a new product to the customer "office365 E3" Licence via Pax8 we dont need to go and add the item to the customer.

Credit note handling
We can raise credit notes but if we send those direct to the customer, all of the detail on the screen refers to the word invoice, including the attachment. We can generate the PDF, save and email manually but this is a pain. Can we get this looked at? Thanks

Allow text formatting for CRM Notes
Adding functionality for text formatting within the Client > CRM Note section would be helpful. Creating a bulleted list would be most useful similar to other memo fields within the system. We are currently using this to keep track of notes and action items to be completed after our monthly customer meetings.

Serial numbers on invoices
Currently, we are required to present serial numbers on invoices for some serialized items. At present, there is no variable which allows us to include the serial number of a consigned item in any way on an invoice. The goal is, when we sell something (say a laptop), we should be able to select that item from inventory, and the serial number of the item selected from inventory should appear on the customer's final invoice.

Better 3CX Integration
The call handling screen is great But I'd like the ability to create a 3CX Call Flow App where the call history is recorded directly against the customer/site/contact if using a DID Also need to be able to log this to the agents timesheet, overlaying the activity of thr agent. This call history should optionally be used for billing clients who are in Pay as you Go. Clients make many calls, at times without needing a ticket. This should be billable depending on the clients contract etc If a ticket is overlapping the time period of a ticket assigned to the customer, and for the same agent on the call, then we should be able to choose what time logs to bill on I have lots of calls with customers while traveling, I cannot open a ticket while driving, and I would forget to log the time at the end of the day. This could a significant loss of revenue.

Ability for clients to select options in quotes
We really need clients to be able to select options in quotes. i.e if we give them the option of Laptop A and Laptop B, and additional options for 3 or 5 year warranty, we need them to be able to select the options they want before accepting the quote in the portal

Additional Filters for Customer Lists
Currently, the filtering options for creating customer lists in HaloPSA are limited. Expanding filtering capabilities would improve usability and data management. Some enhancements include: Custom Fields – Allow filtering based on custom fields to segment customers more effectively. Active/Inactive Status – Add a filter to distinguish between active and inactive clients. These improvements would streamline client management, improve reporting, and enhance the overall efficiency of customer list creation.

Add Teams / Zoom Meeting Link to Appointments
Could we please have Teams Meeting Links added as an option for appointments? Currently when you send out a calendar invite to the user it's just a basic appointment and I find myself forgetting to edit it and add a link. Enhanced To-Do List
We heavily use to-do's as a way of creating checklists on common steps. However, a lot of our clients require unique custom checklists. We use IT Glue currently for this and it allows not only a to-do, but it allows that to-do to be expanded detailed steps (written in HTML). What I would like to see is the following To-dos have their own tab in tickets and not just a sidebar. To-do's can be expanded to show links or steps (See screenshot of Glue) To-dos once completed hide from the list To-do's that can be associated with a client site and be templated To-Do templates can be grouped
