Make every configuration setting searchable
In the settings screen it is currently only possible to search settings for a /section/ (i.e. 'integrator'). Given the vast complexity of the HALO product and the fact that a great number of settings that might be considered related are not actually grouped together, the organic way in which settings are added, and the typically very lacking documentation, please make it possible to search the actual setting 'labels' and descriptions. i.e. I should be able to search for "new user" and at least be able to click through to the exact location of, if not see the current state of, all the setting options with the string "new user" in their title or in-line help text

Pressing "esc" shouldn't close the entire series of windows
When entering data on some screens, you press the Escape key to efforts to close the pop up / overlay window but instead it closes out the entire series and takes you back to the parent screen.

Ninja Integration Update
Would like the ability to map asset types in Ninja to asset types in Halo. For example, in Halo all our current assets and items are filtered where asset type is called workstation or server. However, Ninja brings servers across as Windows_Server. This means we have to go and update all our reports as well as all our items where the quanity is mapped to device name is server.

Enhanced To-Do List
We heavily use to-do's as a way of creating checklists on common steps. However, a lot of our clients require unique custom checklists. We use IT Glue currently for this and it allows not only a to-do, but it allows that to-do to be expanded detailed steps (written in HTML). What I would like to see is the following To-dos have their own tab in tickets and not just a sidebar. To-do's can be expanded to show links or steps (See screenshot of Glue) To-dos once completed hide from the list To-do's that can be associated with a client site and be templated To-Do templates can be grouped

Automatically add Client logo if their website is added
Hudu has this feature so it must be possible to achieve. If Client's website is mentioned under client, it should reach out to the website, get the logo and add it to the client in Halo.

Rebuild Teams โEnd-User Chatโ Integration Using Microsoft Bot Framework v4
It seems Haloโs Microsoft Teams โEnd-User Chatโ integration (installed via manifest.json) still relies on the Skype legacy connector, which is outdated and not fully compatible with modern Teams functionality. Because of this, sending Teams-native emojis (from the emoji picker) or images/files will always break the chat, resulting in the following message: โThe bot encountered an error. Please cancel the current conversation if necessary and try again. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.โ Current Issues โข In the manifest.json configuration, supportFiles is set to false. This means the integration isnโt built to process attachments. โข The Chat Profile setup includes options like โAllow file uploads,โ suggesting this should work โ but it doesnโt. โข Since Teams automatically sends emojis and pasted images as inline image attachments, this mismatch causes consistent chat failures when users use an emoji or paste an image into the chat using keyboard shortcuts. โข Users must type a โ/Start a new conversationโ command to begin chatting, which isnโt consistent with normal Teams behavior and feels unnatural โ especially for non-native English speakers who expect to start typing in their own language as they would in any regular Teams chat. If they miss this step and type anything else, the chat replies with โI do not understand the commandโ, which feels confusing and off-putting in what should be a natural, conversational experience. Proposed Solution Rebuild the Teams โEnd-User Chatโ integration using the Microsoft Bot Framework v4, which would require an Azure Bot registration. From our understanding, this would address the underlying limitations by: โข Supporting Teams-native emojis and inline images properly. โข Enabling reliable handling of files, images, emojis, and attachments. โข Aligning Haloโs Chat Profile upload settings with actual functionality. โข Allowing removal of the โ/Start a new conversationโ command by automatically detecting new conversations. Why This Matters โข The Skype legacy connector is deprecated and not compatible with modern Teams message formats. โข The Bot Framework v4 supports Teams-native emojis, attachments, adaptive cards, and conversation events. โข This would add significant value for many customers, allowing end users to reach their service provider through Halo natively within Teams, where they already work every day.

Since a recent update we can open tabs within Halo, great! It would be nice to be able to move the order of the tabs.

Add Account Manager and contact information to self service portal
It would be really useful to add a customers account manager to the self service portal. If this was implemented it would also help me as I use the Halo SSP and if I could see my account manager I could look there rather than me needing to ring up and ask. It's something I see on other portals I work with and it might be nice to have! See image attached.

Separate out Mark Action as Important Permissions
We like the "Mark action as Important" for pinning critical actions in a ticket. I believe Halo users need access to edit all other users' actions to be able to do this. Is it possible to separate out the access required to mark as important so that we don't have to give all users permissions full edit access on all actions? Bonus points for having a separate entry in the screenshot to mark as Important.

Please add a feature where you can select keep sales orders under the client name but select a different billing Company. Example Client A wants invoice raised to their Finance Company Example Client A has 2 billing accounts - abilty to bill Company A or Company B

Further Portal Customizations
I would like to change the favicon that is shown on the customer portal โ right now itโs the red haloPSA favicon which doesnโt match our color scheme at all. Replacing it with our own custom icon preferred, alternatively the ability to set a HEX color code for the existing icon would be a 2nd option Also when going to our portal the loading circle is blue at first, and then changes to our green, is there any way to fix that? Right now the favicon is red, the initial loading circle is blue, and then finally things change to green, which is a pretty bad mis-match of colors Additionally, it would be great to have the option to repeat a background image vertically, right now we had to make a fairly large image in height to have it work on every possible screen/mobile device, but the caveat is that the background image takes a second or two to load in. If we could just have it repeating on the Y axis that would solve the problem, but I was told that it's not possible, even by custom CSS at this time.

Allow user imports for non-Administrators
We often link users to agreements and recurring invoices. Hence, we need to update the list of users for customers frequently. Especially for new customer onboardings we usually import all users via CSV. Ideally, this task is fully handled by any of our Project / Onboarding Engineers. As of today, user imports via CSV are only possible for Agents that are also full Administrators. As this gives agents full access to all billing and HR-related information, this is not ideal. Plus, it breaches our security standard of not assigning elevated access rights unless really needed. In short: It would be great if you could add a specific permission flag for user imports via CSV, so we can add this flag to an appropriate role and give that to all users who need it.

Xero to Halo PO Sync
At the moment there are fields in Xero for PO's that do not exist in Halo. the issue is when you modify a PO in halo any changes to the Xero one that were made in Xero are removed. either all fields should be able to sync, or when a PO is updated in Xero by Halo it should only update fields that Halo can update and not overwrite changes made in Xero
