Phone Number Auto-Formatting
Our HaloPSA instance currently has many imported phone numbers (for sites and users) that contain no formatting and are pretty hard to read as a result. This proposed auto-formatting feature would allow for phone numbers to be automatically cleaned up to conform to a specified format when displayed. For example, "1234567890" would become "(123) 456-7890". Additionally, it looks like HaloPSA stores phone numbers as text (strings) rather than as an actual numbers (integers). Instead of storing phone numbers as text, perhaps HaloPSA could automatically take formatted phone numbers and convert them to raw format-less numbers/integers. This would improve data-efficiency & would standardize the format in which phone numbers are stored. This would make it significantly easier for an auto-formatter to format phone numbers as they're being displayed.

Desktop Tray Icon for the Halo application
We currently have the chat facility accessible via the Self Service portal however most of our clients do not use this as they find it easier to contact us via email. It would be a game changer if Halo could have a desktop feature where a 'Tray Icon' can be placed on the users Task bar and when expanded, quick access to a few frequent options could be accessible. For example: 'Log a ticket', 'View my tickets', Chat to an Agent', Knowledge Articles' etc. With end user experience in mind, it would be great for users to engage directly with our team rather than the tradtional email process. This would boost turnaround times as well as customer satisfaction. Attached is an example of another MSP software platform where there desktop tray icon is available.

Make every configuration setting searchable
In the settings screen it is currently only possible to search settings for a /section/ (i.e. 'integrator'). Given the vast complexity of the HALO product and the fact that a great number of settings that might be considered related are not actually grouped together, the organic way in which settings are added, and the typically very lacking documentation, please make it possible to search the actual setting 'labels' and descriptions. i.e. I should be able to search for "new user" and at least be able to click through to the exact location of, if not see the current state of, all the setting options with the string "new user" in their title or in-line help text

Keeper password manager integration
It would be awesome to have integration for Keeper password manager to sync the licenses into our customers license list. This helps with the invoicing for the customer.

Distributor Catalog Sync with Pricing, Stock
Having the ability to pull the catalog, availability, and pricing drastically decreases the time spent on drafting quotes/proposals. Not only does it allow you to quote faster, but it will help when following up on quotes to see if the product has changed in availability or price. Finally, it helps to reduce human errors within the quote/proposal since it is pulling directly from the distributor. Seeing Ingram Micro, D&H, and Tech Data would be a game changer for this PSA.

Add support for "Code" text box on ticket notes.
See example (attached) , in Microsoft teams after typing ``` and then hitting space, it will create a code based text area within the normal text box. It would be awesome if halo could support this in your text editor.

Audit Logging Export to a SIEM
Exposing an audit api or some form of exporting audit logs to a SIEM platform would allow us to monitor the instance and have a separate record of accountability. If there was an API to poll, we could develop a job to poll the latest auditing data of the instance, or if there was a streaming capability of the instance to syslog or to a webhook would also work to capture the instance activities of users and agents. We currently capture data from our WAF/ZT service as well as IIS logs, but from the application itself would provide context from the system point of view.

Make it less easy to accidentally change the parent ticket
It's very easy to mistakenly change the parent of a ticket by clicking on the field in the right hand pane and pasting another number in. It would be good if there could be an option to either restrict which agents can do this, or allow a menu item for "Change Parent Ticket" so that this isn't so easy to do by accident

Add the survey comment as a variable
We send a team shout-out email when someone gets a good survey, but we canβt include the survey comment/verbatim because thereβs no variable for it. Could we add one, please? Thank you!

Dashboard Type Addition - Approvals
So that we can show our agents a comprehensive view of their active work queue, it would be useful to be able to create simple dashboard widgets for each of the activities they are likely to have. There is already the option for ticket list, but there isn't a built in option for approvals.

Security Triggers in Notifications
To ensure access attempted by bad actors are remediated within a suitable timeframe, there needs to be the ability to configure notifications based on the creation of new user and especially agent accounts. Ideally this would also include if X number of failed access attempts were made etc.
