In the settings screen it is currently only possible to search settings for a /section/ (i.e. 'integrator'). Given the vast complexity of the HALO product and the fact that a great number of settings that might be considered related are not actually grouped together, the organic way in which settings are added, and the typically very lacking documentation, please make it possible to search the actual setting 'labels' and descriptions. i.e. I should be able to search for "new user" and at least be able to click through to the exact location of, if not see the current state of, all the setting options with the string "new user" in their title or in-line help text

We are currently using Dynamcis as CRM which has Sharepoint linked to it where all the documentation is saved (signed contracts, opportunities technical documentation) so when we create an opportunity within Dynamics, a Sharepoint folder under that customer is created. We are going to move to HaloPSA as CRM but we would like to be able to keep using Sharepoint in the most efficient way. Getting a Sharepoint list view per customer on they’re Sharepoint folder would be a great help. Also, automatically create a Sharepoint folder with the customer name in that library when creating a customer HaloPSA ánd linking it to the customer would be a very welcome feature. At the moment, it is just a connection via a Documents module which doesn't work for us. It would be preferred to have different level of administrators. Some examples would be: Administrators that can only modify Email templates Administrators that can manage Specific to organisation items and customers Administrators that are allowed to manage integrations/advanced settings/Email accounts or not

Currently my team opens up Mutiple tab's when viewing tickets, they are manually pausing the clock between tabs'.

When editing an appointment that exists, the agent cannot be changed. Currently, you have to delete the appointment and create a new one for the new technician. This is inconvenient and sends out cancellations and new appointments.

I'd love to see Halo automatically save drafts of notes/emails/etc when you're in a ticket (much like Office apps). Why? Let me take you on a short, but painful, journey. I was working a ticket for a good hour+, tons of notes in it documenting everything I was doing (disconnecting and deleting things)... and I accidentally closed the tab. I cried as I restored the tab and all my notes were gone, and I couldn't document them again as everything I documented was deleted from our system as I did it. I would love to see an auto save/draft feature that saves current notes and time entry like every X minutes. (either configurable or even something like every 5 minutes).

When anything fails to pull into Halo from a mailbox, Administrators should be alerted. Ex. The client secret key expired so emails stopped importing.

we use the Unifi Hardware stack for most of our networking as the controller for this is free and doesnt require a subscription. this controller uses standard Rest api to collect information. (www.ui.com) I have currently created a powershell based integration that collects all sites and hardware from the unifi controller and updates them via api in Halo. However, due to api throtteling this process is quite prone to error. It would be realy nice to have this as a proper integration. Would like the ability to map asset types in Ninja to asset types in Halo. For example, in Halo all our current assets and items are filtered where asset type is called workstation or server. However, Ninja brings servers across as Windows_Server. This means we have to go and update all our reports as well as all our items where the quanity is mapped to device name is server.

Could you please build a Microsoft Copilot Connector that allows interaction with all the data in Halo?

When adding notes to a ticket via the mobile app it would be useful to be able to add photos using the device camera. Currently adding from teh library is available but to be able to take live photos as you are working and adding notes would be much more efficient.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to configure Charge Rate Overrides and Charge Rate Restrictions on Billing Templates. There are cases where "managed" clients (with a contract) pay a different rate for Remote Support as an example. It would be much easier to set this on the Billing Template.
