Update recurring invoice increase rules
If you bill monthly and want automated yearly increases, this is currently not possible leveraging the built-in feature today (https://halopsa.com/guides/article/?kbid=2308). Please give us an automated way to increase the recurring invoice price (on a per item and still support excluded items) on a yearly basis.

Enhanced To-Do List
We heavily use to-do's as a way of creating checklists on common steps. However, a lot of our clients require unique custom checklists. We use IT Glue currently for this and it allows not only a to-do, but it allows that to-do to be expanded detailed steps (written in HTML). What I would like to see is the following To-dos have their own tab in tickets and not just a sidebar. To-do's can be expanded to show links or steps (See screenshot of Glue) To-dos once completed hide from the list To-do's that can be associated with a client site and be templated To-Do templates can be grouped

Scheduled Tickets - Ability to Manually Run
It's great being able to create a scheduled ticket template, however it would be super useful if there was an option to manually run the schedule. This is great if you're wanting to create something that's monthly/quarterly etc, but don't want to wait until the next month/quarter to run it. i.e. create schedule, but also run now.

Printable Labels
Our previous PSA has the option to print a label for a ticket, or an inventory item. The label would print out of a Dymo type label printer. We would print a label(s) from a ticket to attach to customer equipment or orders. First example, if a client dropped off a laptop and AC adapter, we could print a label to stick on the laptop & charger for easy tracking. Second example, if we order items for a project, when the order is received, labels can be attached to all of the items associated to that project. Our previous PSA also had a basic Point-of-Sale in it, and we could print a different type of label to attach to inventory. Which we could scan with a barcode scanner when adding items to an invoice/purchase screen.

Ubiquiti Unifi Controller integration
we use the Unifi Hardware stack for most of our networking as the controller for this is free and doesnt require a subscription. this controller uses standard Rest api to collect information. (www.ui.com) I have currently created a powershell based integration that collects all sites and hardware from the unifi controller and updates them via api in Halo. However, due to api throtteling this process is quite prone to error. It would be realy nice to have this as a proper integration. This api is Documented here: https://ubntwiki.com/products/software/unifi-controller/api

Multiple suggestions for projects module
Projects need stages to group tasks Tasks need to be ordered No way to bulk slide task dates if there is no date to start with. Calendar view needs to be more interactive, drag/drop tasks, etc It would be nice to see all notes on child tickets at the parent level. ...in other words, I should be able to look at the top level project and see a summary of all the notes/conversations that are happening on each task.

Improved ITGlue Integration
Allow tickets, contacts, Customers, Core + Custom Assets, Sites/Locations and most importantly: Primary Location Important contacts Also, push list of agreements to quick notes, if possible to be 2 way sync

Add support for "Code" text box on ticket notes.
See example (attached) , in Microsoft teams after typing ``` and then hitting space, it will create a code based text area within the normal text box. It would be awesome if halo could support this in your text editor.

Serial numbers on invoices
Currently, we are required to present serial numbers on invoices for some serialized items. At present, there is no variable which allows us to include the serial number of a consigned item in any way on an invoice. The goal is, when we sell something (say a laptop), we should be able to select that item from inventory, and the serial number of the item selected from inventory should appear on the customer's final invoice.

Recurring Invoice Template
Have the ablility to create a recurring invoice template which can have all line items added but only bill/show on the invoice where they is a quantity. Also in the template have the Quantity being able to be set by Assets / Licecnce / User / Subscription The Idea behind this if we add a new product to the customer "office365 E3" Licence via Pax8 we dont need to go and add the item to the customer.

Markdown in ticket actions
Markdown is an established standard, and should be easier to use than the typical WYSIWYG editors. Make this an option. Also, make it the default by means of a toggle in settings somewhere. I want to be able to go into any action where I am required to type info, and just use markdown. Particularly, include codeblocks. As an MVP, no syntax highlighting required. As an iteration, include syntax for bash, cmd, powershell, yaml, json, HTML. Those should cover most needs. I post snippets of code a LOT.

"un-consign" and "un-receive stock"
Looking at a use case where items on a PO were received but the information was input wrong so they essentially need to be undone. I.e., cost/price, quantity, etc. It would be nice to be able to un-receive and un-consign to be able to edit the PO line item and re-receive the stock.

Better Report Builder in Composite Reports
It would be nice to have a full visual report builder in composite reports that allowed you to visually design it without needing to know HTML. It would also be great if there was some investment into an online repository of report styles with Halo creating a standard out-of-the-box one that is simple, elegant and visually appealing to the client's eyes. Reports are something that is hugely important, however, the lack of design for non-technical people makes Halo reporting not the ideal choice. Most of the time, we would like to add commentary to our reports to explain why certain result are the way they are. The ability to export to word would also be a great feature, as it would allow us to export the data and then we could add the required commentary.

Minimum Charge by total ticket time not each time entry - charge rate rounding
We desperately need the functionality to have a minimum charge calculated by the total ticket time, vs each individual time entry & via the charge type. For example, we have PAYG clients with a minimum charge of 1hr. Currently, charge types have a minimum minute amount, but if this is set to 1hr and multiple time entries are added, it results in overcharging clients. So for instance if there are 3 time entries on the ticket, 15 mins, 5 mins and 20mins. We want the total billed time to be a minimum of 1hr, currently it would be calculated as 3hrs.
